As an organization that advocates for children to have access to an unplugged childhood, we promote and practice the original 6 principles of the model as agreed by the UK Forest School Community in 2011 - Miami Nature PLAYcamp is a member of the Forest School Association - FSA, UK and Forest Kindergarten Association - AFKA, US between other organizations.
Forest School is a term used for the same learning approach but intended for children in school age where bushcraft is an important part of the day activities.
Fall Semester: August 19th to December 20th, 2024

Rhythm of the day:
Starting at 9a.m. Merry we meet with the early birds 9.30a.m. Mentors step back and Children embark in their own journey through play. 12.30p.m. to 1.00p.m. Merry we part and we start saying good bye to our friends and Mother Nature.
